It allows us to believe in possibilities that would not otherwise exist. It allows us to feel invigorated, alive, optimistic, and enthusiastic. It connects us to a deeper part of ourselves.

Through His Eyes Gregory Masouras converted his Instagram account into a collection of collages, mixing Disney characters within famous, fashion, movie, brands.
Photographer and illustrator from Greece, never fails to surprise with each new post on his Instagram. More than 135k people follow his account already, people like Alesandra Ambrosio, Blanca Suarez, Naomi Cambell and Gigi Hadid.
Using #AnimationInReality, the up and coming Masouras shows us, what it would look like if Cinderela and Ariel were supermodels, or Bella and Mulan were the new Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner.
With just 23 years of age, Gregory is making an authentic leap into a fame in social media, thanks to collages where he uses beautiful scenery of Athens, scenes of the most iconic movies and the biggest fashion brands in the world, past and present.

1 Keilley _Do you remember which was your first work doing #AnimationInReality?
Gregory _Yes of course I remember.. My firtst edit it was when I bought a new smartphone, and while I was checking out the camera, taking pictures from all over Athens, I came across a cloud that looked like the Batman logo. The moment I started editing that photo, the idea for my personal project #AnimationInReality was born in my mind!
2 K _What is your primary goal (objective) making these collages?
G _#AnimationInReality bridges reality and fantasy through imagery—like Disney graphics—that is typically associated with children. However, I hope to rewrite the rules on the relationship between age and creativity. Ultimately, my purpose would be the liberation of adult imagination by using tools that were, up to now, reserved for younger audiences.
3 K _Having that many followers, is there someone that surprises you that he/she is following you?
G _Yes.. My big surprise it was when Naomi Cambell and Gigi Hadid follow me back.
4 K _Besides your creative part, what else dictates what will be your next montage?
G _Hmm, maybe my mood plays big rule for my next montage because if I am in a good mood i can create too many different things.
5 K _ According to you, is your work more art or more illustration? Do you think maybe little bit of both?
G _I think is both of them little art, little illustration and too much imagination.
6 K _Could you (would you like to) give some kind of advice to potentially next artist making these kind of illustration!?
G _Maybe my next project is something about Greece, the islands, the sea, the blue of the sky
and some Disney characters into fashion outfits..
Gregory Masouras brings back our childhood heroes to our lives, certainly in a different way than we are use to seeing them. I, personally, can't wait for the next picture.
We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.
